Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing is an approach to Energy Healing that can be conducted over any distance. It allows healing to be transmitted from one location to another, even when the recipient is not physically present with the healer. In essence, the individual or animal does not need to be in the healer’s immediate presence to benefit from the healing process.

Quantum physics has also shown that energy is not restricted by time or space, which is the basis for distant healing. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN IN-PERSON AND A REMOTE DISTANT REIKI AND ENERGY HEALING SESSION?

The main difference between an in-person healing session and a Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing session is that in an in-person session, the practitioner and the client are physically present in the exact location, while in a Remote Distant session, they are not.

In an in-person session, the practitioner may use touch or physical manipulation to facilitate the energy transfer. They may also be able to observe the client’s body language and physical reactions to the healing techniques, which can provide valuable feedback. The client may feel more comfortable and relaxed in the practitioner’s presence, enhancing the healing experience.

In contrast, in a Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing session, the practitioner and the client are not physically present in the exact location. The practitioner may use visualization techniques to connect with the client’s energy field and assess any imbalances or blockages that need to be addressed. The client may feel a sense of relaxation and may experience physical sensations or emotional shifts during the session, even though they are not physically in the same space as the practitioner.

Another difference is that the client may be in a more comfortable and familiar environment in a Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing session, enhancing the healing experience. Additionally, Remote Distant sessions may be more convenient for clients who cannot travel or prefer the privacy and comfort of their own home.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A REMOTE DISTANT REIKI AND ENERGY HEALING SESSION?

During a Distant Healing session, the practitioner and the healee are not physically present in the same location. The session may occur over the phone, via video, or via email. The practitioner may use various tools and techniques, such as visualization, meditation, and symbols, to facilitate the energy transfer.

The practitioner will begin by creating a sacred space and setting their intention to direct the healing energy towards the healee for their highest and purest good. They may use visualisation techniques to connect with the healee’s energy field and assess any imbalances or blockages that need to be addressed. The practitioner may also use specific Reiki symbols to amplify the energy and direct it towards the healee.

The healee may be asked to lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet space during the session. They may be asked to focus on their breath and relax their body and mind. During the session, you may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of relaxation. Some healees may not feel any physical sensations but may notice a shift in their emotions or thoughts.

The length of a distant healing session can vary depending on the practitioner and the healee’s needs. The practitioner may provide feedback and guidance on promoting healing and balance in their life.

DURING A REMOTE DISTANT REIKI AND ENERGY HEALING SESSION WITH ME:

During a Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing, I work remotely with you in ‘real-time,’ not in person, over the phone, or online. I prefer to work with your energy field uninterrupted.

Therefore, we would arrange a suitable time to perform the session (as if we were meeting in person). I will require your full name, date of birth, and the reason for the healing session, i.e., what you wish to gain from the session. I will text you just before I am ready to start the session, so you know it is beginning.

I begin by creating a sacred space and setting our intentions for the healing session, calling in spirit and divine healing to surround both of us during this process with protection and to ensure you receive the healing that is suitable for you and in the highest and purest good.

I usually scan the room you are in and ask for it to be cleared of unwanted energy before connecting with your energy field and transmitting energy healing toward you. I use a combination of visualisation techniques to connect your energy fields and assess any imbalances or blockages that need to be addressed. This may include aura clearing, chakra clearing, rebalancing, deep healing or all of the above. Depending on what is required, I may work more within your physical, emotional, mental, or auric levels. I also use specific Reiki symbols to amplify and direct the energy to you.

To fully benefit from the distant healing, you must have a safe, uninterrupted space for an hour or more. You may fall asleep during the healing session, and this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. If you are awake throughout the healing session, you may feel tingling, see colours, feel different sensations, and feel deeply relaxed, for example. 

You will need to ensure you drink plenty of water after the session, and this is to help remove any toxins from the body.

Once the Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing session is complete, we will have a 15-minute call to discuss what has occurred during the treatment and any follow-up advice for you. This may include guidance, insights, or a general report on what areas the healing energy worked through during the session.

Please note that a Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing session is different for each person and will work in different ways. Depending on the level of healing you need or the issue you are working with, you may require more than one treatment or several.

Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing sessions are priced differently than in-person sessions because working remotely allows me to work on a different level of healing, in addition to what is felt in in-person sessions. Since I do not need to be physically present and involved in your energy, I can work on multiple levels more efficiently and incorporate more energy tools in a multi-dimensional way. The session time is also longer, including a follow-up call after the session.

I held a 2-year post with St. Mary’s Hospice in Ulverston as a Lead Reiki Practitioner. I provided Reiki to cancer and end-of-life patients at the Hospice and worked alongside traditional nurses in an Oncology unit in Barrow in Furness.

In addition, I have over 18 years of experience as a Reiki Master, providing Reiki training and attunements.
