Fees and Cancellation Policy
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
1.1 This policy applies to all services provided by Awaken Inner Sense Ltd, including but not limited to: Clinical Psychotherapy, Neuro-Somatic Containers, Reiki, Energy Healing, Supervision, Assessments, and others.
1.2 This policy applies regardless of the delivery method, whether sessions are conducted Online (via Zoom), by Telephone, or In-person.
2. APPOINTMENT FEES & PAYMENT
2.1 All individual sessions, assessments, and therapy containers are charged at the full fee at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
2.2 All payments must be made to Awaken Inner Sense Ltd.
2.3 Important: Payments will appear on your bank statement as Awaken Inner Sense Ltd. Please ensure you recognise this name to avoid payment disputes or accidental chargebacks.
3. STRICT NO-REFUND & NO-POSTPONEMENT POLICY
To maintain the professional integrity of the practice and the dedicated nature of the clinical and energetic work, Awaken Inner Sense Ltd operates a strict policy:
- All Bookings are Final: Once a session, assessment, or container is confirmed and booked, the fee is non-refundable.
- No Rescheduling or Postponements: Your appointment time is dedicated exclusively to you. Sessions cannot be moved, rescheduled, or credited to a future date for any reason.
- No Cancellations: We do not offer a cancellation or “cooling off” period. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session (whether remote, telephone, or in-person), the session will be forfeited, and the full fee remains due.
- Commitment to the Space: This policy ensures that the clinical and energetic “container” remains stable and that the practitioner’s time—which cannot be reassigned at short notice—is respected.
4. ATTENDANCE AND DELIVERY
4.1 Remote/Telephone Sessions: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet or phone connection and a private, safe environment. Technical issues on the client’s end do not entitle the client to a refund or a rescheduled session.
4.2 Punctuality: If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
4.3 Missed Sessions: Any session missed by the client is charged at the full rate and will not be refunded or postponed.
5. IF WE CANCEL (PROVIDER CANCELLATIONS)
5.1 Awaken Inner Sense Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments in the event of practitioner illness or unforeseen emergencies.
5.2 In the unlikely event that I (the practitioner) cannot meet the agreed-upon date, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time or a refund for that specific session will be issued.
5.3 Our liability is limited to the refund of the session fee; we are not liable for any peripheral costs or consequential losses.
6. CLINICAL SUITABILITY
6.1 For clinical services, the assessment fee is non-refundable as it covers the clinical time and expertise provided. If, following the assessment, it is determined that a different level of care is required, appropriate referrals will be provided, but the assessment fee remains due.
