Fees and Clinical Commitment Policy

At Awaken Inner Sense, the work we do—ranging from Clinical Psychotherapy and Neuro-Somatic Containers to Energy Healing and Supervision—requires a high level of clinical and energetic integrity. To provide this depth of service, I operate within a Fixed Clinical Container. This policy ensures that the space held for you remains stable, focused, and dedicated entirely to your transformation.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
This policy applies to all specialist services provided by Awaken Inner Sense Ltd, whether delivered online (via Zoom), by Telephone, in person, or remotely. This includes all Clinical Psychotherapy, Neuro-Somatic work, Reiki, Energy Healing, Supervision, and Assessments.
2. THE INVESTMENT & PAYMENT
2.1 Securing Your Space: To honour the dedicated nature of this work, all individual sessions, assessments, and therapy blocks are payable in full at the time of booking. This secures your place in the clinical diary.
2.2 Bank Statements: Payments will appear on your statement as Awaken Inner Sense Ltd. Please note this name to ensure clarity in your financial records and avoid accidental payment disputes.
3. THE INTEGRITY OF THE FIXED CONTAINER
Because your session time is a dedicated sanctuary held exclusively for your journey, it cannot be allocated to anyone else. To maintain the momentum and safety of the therapeutic frame, I operate the following commitment policy:
3.1 A Dedicated Commitment: Once a session, assessment, or container is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.
3.2 Consistency of Space: Your appointment time is yours. To protect the clinical momentum, sessions cannot be moved, rescheduled, or postponed. By removing the variable of “if” we meet, we allow the nervous system to settle into a consistent, reliable rhythm of healing.
3.3 Attendance: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, the session is considered “held” for you. While I cannot offer a refund or a “cooling off” period, the integrity of the container remains intact for our next scheduled meeting.
4. ATTENDANCE & ENVIRONMENT
4.1 Your Sacred Space: For remote or Telephone sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection and a private, safe environment. As the time is dedicated to you, technical issues on the client’s end do not entitle you to a refund or rescheduling.
4.2 Punctuality: To respect the clinical frame, sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time in your session, but we cannot extend beyond the original end time.
5. PRACTITIONER COMMITMENT (IF I CANCEL)
5.1 Professional Responsibility: While I strive for absolute consistency, I reserve the right to postpone appointments in the event of illness or unforeseen emergencies.
5.2 Our Agreement: In the unlikely event that I cannot meet our agreed-upon time, your session will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time, or a refund for that specific session will be issued. Our liability is limited to the refund of the session fee.
6. CLINICAL SUITABILITY & ASSESSMENTS
The assessment process is a vital piece of clinical work that involves significant expertise and time. The assessment fee is non-refundable as it covers this professional evaluation. If, following our assessment, it is clinically determined that a different level of care or a different specialist is required, I will provide appropriate referrals to support your ongoing journey.
