- Payment & Investment: Full container fees are due at booking to honour the required preparation and mapping. Flexible payment options are available at checkout, though discontinuation does not waive financial responsibility for the remaining balance.
- Schedule & Rhythm (Pathways 1, 2, 4, 5, 6): Efficacy relies on consistent momentum. Appointments follow a fixed fortnightly schedule rotation to support autonomic nervous system integration. Remote and telephone clinics follow unyielding calendar rotations during active studio hours (Tuesdays–Thursdays).
- Fixed Container Policy: All bookings are final. Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be moved, postponed, or credited. Missing a scheduled session immediately forfeits the remaining container without a refund, to maintain energetic and clinical integrity.
- Container Closure: Unscheduled breaks between fortnightly slots or active containers result in the official closure of your clinical profile, requiring a new commitment block and intake pre-screening to resume.
