• The Therapeutic Container & Booking Paths: The efficacy of Ancestral Healing and clinical therapy—particularly in Recovery from complex trauma relies on consistent momentum and the cumulative effect of our work together.
• Block Bookings & Fixed Rhythm: To protect your clinical progress, containers are held on a fixed, consecutive monthly schedule (i.e., no more than 4 weeks apart), creating a stable, reliable rhythm for your nervous system. This structure is essential to maintain clinical integrity and energetic momentum. Should the schedule be broken by non-attendance or repeated postponements, the container agreement will be terminated. In this event, remaining sessions are cancelled, and fees are non-refundable, as that clinical space was reserved exclusively for you.
• Specialist Ad-Hoc Sessions & Maintenance Policy: Ad hoc sessions are reserved exclusively for clients who have completed an initial container and are offered at my clinical discretion. Because somatic trauma work relies on active nervous system tracking, and to maintain the safety, continuity, and momentum of this work, Ad-Hoc sessions must be scheduled no more than 4 weeks apart. If you require a break longer than 4 weeks, we will close the active container, and any future work will begin through a new commitment block.
• Consistency, Attendance & Slot Commitment: When you book a session or block, that time is dedicated exclusively to your clinical journey and cannot be offered to anyone else. To maintain the integrity of the therapeutic container and support deep transformation:

1. Strict Policy: I operate a strict no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-postponement Policy.
2. Fixed Slots: Once a session is confirmed, it is fixed. Sessions cannot be moved, credited, rolled over, or refunded. This fixed structure is not an administrative rule; it is an energetic container explicitly designed to help your nervous system settle into a reliable rhythm of safety.
3. Missed Sessions: Any missed or unattended sessions within a block are charged at the full rate. This Policy ensures that we both remain fully committed to the clinical momentum required for your healing and growth.

• Honouring The Ending Process: Because our work is deep, neuro-somatic, and relational, the ending process is as important as the beginning. We intentionally build in a closing phase to ensure your nervous system remains settled and your gains are fully integrated before we conclude our work together.
• Professional Ethics & Privacy: I operate in strict accordance with UKCP ethical guidelines and UK law. A UKCP-accredited supervisor regularly reviews my clinical practice to maintain the highest standards of safety and care. In compliance with GDPR, I store all client records securely. • Safety & Safeguarding: This is a specialist psychological Recovery service, not an emergency crisis line. Confidentiality is maintained at all times unless there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. Do I need a detailed family tree?
No. This approach works with the “systemic imprints” and epigenetic markers held within your own field. We can facilitate resolution even in cases of adoption or limited family knowledge.

How does this differ from a standard reading?
A reading is typically a passive experience focused on information gathering. Ancestral Synthesis is an active clinical intervention. While we may uncover insights, the primary objective is systemic resolution. We are not merely observing the past; we are utilising a psychotherapeutic framework to facilitate measurable shifts in your psychological and emotional landscape. We move beyond “knowing” into “transforming.”

What if I am adopted or have no information about my biological family?
Physical records and genealogical data are not prerequisites for this work. Ancestral Synthesis operates within the “Systemic Field” and addresses the epigenetic imprints held within your own biology and psyche. The patterns of your lineage are encoded within your DNA and your unconscious mind; we work with these internal blueprints to achieve resolution, regardless of whether you knew your ancestors personally.

Is this work compatible with my religious or personal beliefs?
Yes. This is a transpersonal psychotherapeutic process grounded in clinical theory, systemic observation, and the science of epigenetics. It does not require adherence to any specific religious or spiritual dogma. It is a professional exploration of the psychological and energetic legacies we all inherit as human beings.

How many sessions will I need?
The Foundation Session is designed to provide immediate systemic movement and clarity. However, transgenerational patterns are often multi-layered, reflecting decades or centuries of accumulated influence. Most clients find that a package of 3 to 5 sessions allows for a comprehensive “unweaving” of the primary systemic blocks, providing the necessary depth for lasting psychological and relational transformation.
