We intentionally build in a closing phase to ensure your nervous system remains settled and your gains are fully integrated before we conclude our work together.

What if I don’t believe in reincarnation?
A specific belief system is not required for this work to be effective. Whether you view these experiences as literal past lives or as powerful metaphors generated by the unconscious mind to facilitate healing, the clinical benefits and emotional shifts remain significant.

Can I get “stuck” in a past life or in hypnosis?
No. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation and heightened awareness. You remain in complete control and fully conscious throughout the process; you can end the session at any time.

What if I encounter something distressing?
As a UKCP-accredited, trauma-informed psychotherapist, my role is to ensure you maintain a state of “clinical detachment.” We observe and process the events to facilitate resolution and wisdom without the need for re-traumatisation.

How many sessions will I need?
While breakthroughs can occur in a single session, most complex patterns require a structured approach. The Soul Integration Packages are recommended for deeper, more lasting resolution of multi-layered issues.

What if I don’t “see” anything?
