Because I hold an intensive clinical, somatic, and energetic space for individuals navigating complex trauma and system collapse, I do not operate a high-volume, public-facing office.
To ensure the highest level of clinical safety and depth, I do not offer introductory telephone discovery calls. Experience has shown that complex, multidimensional work deserves more than a casual chat; it requires a dedicated, focused container from the very first moment.
My practice is streamlined to protect the integrity of the work and your nervous system. Every pathway for Specialist Clinical, Intersectional, or Professional Coaching begins with a structured, comprehensive intake process designed to honour the complexity of your story.

The Pathway to Working Together
Step 1: The CLINICAL INTAKE & Assessment Fee
Click the application button below to complete your comprehensive questionnaire. The assessment fee is payable at this stage to initiate your clinical file and secure your diagnostic space.
Step 2: Clinical Audit & Scheduling
I personally review every application within 48 hours. I will then email you personally with dates and times to arrange your 90-minute assessment.
Step 3: Clinical Mapping
Before we meet, I audit your intake data, mapping your trauma history and neuro-hormonal shifts to ensure our time together is fully optimised.
Practice Boundaries & the Clinical Container
- A Secure Online Sanctuary: All diagnostic assessments, 6-week stabilisation tracks, and 12-week rehabilitation containers are conducted via a secure, encrypted clinical video platform. This allows you to engage in deep work from the safety of your own regulated environment. In-person sessions on Fridays in Ulverston are held strictly by exception for local residents; please indicate on your application if this is your preference.
- The Investment in Transformation: To honour the depth of preparation and clinical mapping required for this work, full payment is required at the time of booking. For those engaging in intensive therapy blocks, flexible payment options are available at checkout to support your access to this level of specialist care.
- The Fixed Clinical Container: The efficacy of neuro-somatic and clinical therapy relies on consistent momentum. To protect your progress, sessions are held on a fixed weekly or fortnightly basis, creating a stable, reliable rhythm that allows your nervous system to settle into the work.
- Integrity of the Space: When you book a session or a container, that time is a dedicated sanctuary held exclusively for you. It cannot be repurposed or offered to others. To maintain the stability of this clinical frame, I operate a Fixed Container Policy: sessions are non-refundable and cannot be moved, rescheduled, or postponed.
- Mutual Commitment: Once a session is confirmed, it is fixed. This policy ensures that we both remain fully committed to the clinical momentum required for deep, lasting transformation. By removing the variable of “if” we meet, we prioritise the work itself and the integrity of your recovery.
- Acknowledgement: By proceeding with your application, booking, and payment, you are agreeing to enter this clinical container under these terms. You are acknowledging that this structure is in place to support the depth and safety of your transformation.
