Because I hold an intensive clinical, somatic, and energetic space for individuals navigating complex trauma and system collapse, I do not operate a high-volume, public-facing office.
To ensure the highest level of clinical safety and depth, I do not offer introductory telephone discovery calls. Experience has shown that complex, multidimensional work deserves more than a casual chat; it requires a dedicated, focused container from the very first moment.
My practice is streamlined to protect the integrity of the work and your nervous system. Every pathway for Specialist Clinical, Intersectional, or Professional Coaching begins with a structured, comprehensive intake process designed to honour the complexity of your story.

How to Enter the Practice
Step 1: The Multidimensional Screening & Assessment Fee
To secure a diagnostic space in my diary, click the application button below to complete your comprehensive intake questionnaire. The assessment fee is payable at this stage to initiate your clinical file:

Specialist Clinical Assessment (90-minute): £290
Intersectional Clinical Assessment (90-minute): £390
Professional Coaching Assessment (90-minute): £550
Step 2: Clinical Audit & Scheduling
Once your application and payment are processed, you will receive a welcome email. I personally review every application within 48 hours (Office hours: please allow more time if sent over a weekend or public holiday). I will then email you personally with dates and times to arrange your 90-minute assessment.
Step 3: Clinical Intersectional Mapping
Before we meet live, I personally audit your intake data. I spend time mapping your trauma history, neuro-hormonal shifts, and spiritual intersections. This ensures our 90 minutes together are entirely optimised for your restoration.
Practice Boundaries & Availability
- 100% Online Format: All diagnostic assessments, 6-week stabilisation tracks, and 12-week rehabilitation containers are conducted via a secure, encrypted clinical video platform.
- In-Person Availability (Cumbria): In-person sessions on Fridays in Ulverston are held strictly by exception for local residents. Please indicate on your application if this is your preference.
- Commitment & Cancellation Policy: To maintain the high-containment nature of this work, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to rearrange or cancel an initial assessment. Once admitted into a fortnightly block container, sessions are fixed to ensure clinical momentum and cannot be paused or rearranged.
