- Payment & Investment: To honour the depth and preparation this work requires, full payment is due at the time of booking. - The Supervision Container & Booking Paths: The efficacy of neuro-somatic and clinical therapy—particularly in recovery from complex trauma and neuro-affirming support—relies on consistent momentum and the cumulative effect of our work together.
- Block Bookings & Fixed Rhythm: To protect your clinical progress, sessions are held on a fixed fortnightly or monthly schedule, creating a stable, reliable rhythm for your nervous system.
- Consistency, Attendance & Slot Commitment: When you book a session or block, that time is dedicated exclusively to your clinical journey and cannot be offered to anyone else. To maintain the integrity of the supervision container and support deep transformation:
- Strict Policy: I operate a strict no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-postponement policy. You are paying for a dedicated monthly time-container. If you cannot attend your fixed slot, the fee remains due, but you may submit written case notes/audio queries for offline review during that dedicated time.
- Fixed Slots: Once a session is confirmed, it is fixed. Sessions cannot be moved, credited, rolled over, or refunded.
- Missed Sessions: Any missed or unattended sessions within a block are charged at the full rate. This policy ensures that we both remain fully committed to the clinical momentum required for your healing and growth.
- Scope of Practice & Dual Modalities: While I supervise the integration of energy modalities (Reiki, Energy Psychotherapy), supervisees remain responsible for ensuring their individual professional indemnity insurance covers these specific modalities and that clients have given clear, written informed consent for non-standard or energy-informed interventions.
- Trainee / Student Supervision Requirements: For student/trainee practitioners, you are responsible for ensuring my qualifications (UKCP Supervisor) meet the specific supervisory criteria of your training institute or university before contracted work begins.
- Emergency Case Consultations Between Sessions: Brief safeguarding or acute crisis queries between scheduled sessions can be submitted via email. Formal emergency consultations exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at a pro-rata rate or scheduled into an ad-hoc 30-minute emergency container.
- Honouring The Ending Process: Because our work is deep, neuro-somatic, and relational, the ending process is as important as the beginning. We intentionally build in a closing phase to ensure your nervous system remains settled and your gains are fully integrated before we conclude our work together. To honour the relational ending process, we require a minimum of 1 month’s notice (or 1 final paid session) when concluding an ongoing supervision contract.
- Professional Ethics & Privacy: I operate in strict accordance with UKCP ethical guidelines and UK law. A UKCP-accredited supervisor regularly reviews my clinical practice to maintain the highest standards of safety and care. In compliance with GDPR, I store all client records securely. All case material brought to supervision must be fully anonymised to protect client identity, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the GDPR, and UKCP privacy standards.
