How is this different from a Mediumship reading?
A mediumship reading is primarily about connecting with those who have passed away or your spiritual team. A Strategy & Insight session is about YOU—your life, your business, your blocks, and your future path. While Spirit may step in to assist, the focus is on your personal and professional evolution.
Do I need to prepare questions?
It is helpful to have 2 or 3 specific areas of your life you want to focus on (e.g., “my career transition” or “a recurring block in my personal life”). However, I will often see the most important issue immediately upon connecting with your energy.
Why is this done over the telephone?
By removing the “visual noise” of a video call, I can tune into your energetic frequency and vocal vibration with much greater precision. This ensures the most accurate and “pure” insight possible, undisturbed by body language or surroundings.
Can we talk about my business or career?
Absolutely. Many clients use these sessions as “Intuitive Consulting” to get a higher perspective on business decisions, partnerships, or professional stagnation.
Why is this session priced differently?

Is this like coaching?
It is deeper than traditional coaching. While we do look at strategy, we focus on the energetic and soul-level reasons why things are happening, which traditional coaching often misses.
What if I want to talk to a loved one as well?
If a loved one in Spirit has a message that is vital to your “moving forward,” they may step in. However, if your primary goal is to reconnect with the deceased, please book an Intuitive Guidance & Mediumship session instead.
