RECLAIMING YOURSELF AND YOUR REALITY: BEYOND THE NARCISSISTIC SCRIPT
UKCP Psychotherapist Specialising in Narcissistic Abuse(PNSD) Recovery & Complex Trauma
I provide a neuro-affirming clinical space that respects
the unique wiring of every individual, whether navigating
neurodivergence or the complex aftermath of complex trauma.
An Integrated Clinical Path to Reclamation
This is a specialised, high-containment clinical space for those ready to move beyond symptom management and into somatic and energetic restoration.
- Clinical Depth: Drawing on over two decades of UKCP-accredited psychotherapeutic experience to deconstruct manipulation and dismantle the “Narcissistic Script.”
- Somatic-Energetic Framework: A sophisticated synthesis of clinical science and advanced energetic protocols to settle the nervous system and address the “Narcissistic Fog.”
- Multi-Dimensional Resolution: Addressing the “energetic hooks” and cognitive dissonance that traditional talk therapy often fails to reach.
“Narcissistic abuse doesn’t just hurt; it erases.
It leaves you a shell of your former self, questioning your reality
and wondering if your authentic identity is gone forever.
This isn’t merely stress—it is the aftermath of
a systematic dismantling of your psyche.”
If you are experiencing the “Loop of Why,” hypervigilance, or a
profound loss of inner knowing, you are likely navigating the complexities
of Post-Narcissistic Stress Disorder (PNSD).
Is this You?
Survivors of narcissistic abuse often present with a specific cluster of symptoms that standard therapy may overlook. Do you see yourself here?
- The Loop of “Why?”You are stuck in a never-ending loop of why, unable to find closure because the abuser refuses to provide it.
- Gaslighting Yourself: Thinking “I should have known better” or “Maybe I’m the one who is being difficult.”
- Hypervigilance: You live in a state of constant “Fright-Flight,” waiting for the next mood shift or “drop” in the relationship.
- The Loss of “Inner Knowing”: You no longer trust your intuition or your ability to make decisions without seeking external validation.
- Erosion of Identity: A profound disconnect from your own intuition, where your needs and desires have been sidelined to accommodate the ‘ego’ of another.
- Confusion: Cannot gain a sense of clarity, no matter how hard you try.
- Entrapment: Feeling their energy or thoughts in your head, even without contact, for months or years after the relationship has ended.
- Competency Trap: The idea that because they are so good at managing everything else, they feel they should be able to manage their trauma alone.
The Hidden Cost of High-Functioning Trauma
To the outside world, you have it together. You run businesses, hold families together, and manage high-stakes responsibilities. But inside, your nervous system tells a very different story:
• High-Functioning Masking: You are performing sanity while carrying unseen emotional exhaustion, constantly managing everyone else’s emotions to maintain safety.
• Chronic Nervous System Dysregulation: You oscillate between hyper-vigilance (anxiety, racing thoughts, waiting for the other shoe to drop) and functional freeze (numbness, brain fog, sudden exhaustion).
• CPTSD & Narcissistic Dynamics: This isn’t basic burnout. It is the result of prolonged exposure to subtle control, invalidation, and emotional erosion—leaving you doubting your own intuition and reality.
“You are not broken, weak, or failing.
Your nervous system is simply doing what it was adapted to do: survive.”
A Steady Hand in the Fog after the tornado effect.
Recovery from narcissistic abuse is rarely a straight line. It is often a confusing journey through “The Fog”—the Fear, Obligation, and Guilt that lingers long after a relationship ends.
My role is to be your anchor. I provide a high-containment, non-judgmental space where the chaos of energetic and trauma entrapment gives way to the clarity of truth and your freedom. Together, we don’t just “talk about” the past; we dismantle the trauma responses that keep you stuck, allowing you to feel safe in your own being again, finally.
The Aftermath: The 4 Pillars of Impact
Narcissistic trauma is multi-dimensional. It is stored in the nervous system, the subconscious mind, and the biofield. My approach addresses the structural damage to your sense of self, restoring the internal boundaries that were systematically eroded.
- Emotional and Psychological Erosion
- Emotional Flooding: Navigating sudden waves of dysregulation.
- Identity Displacement: Addressing the profound disconnect from your own personality and interests.
- The Stolen Inner Voice: Identifying and externalising the critical, abusive “introjects” that have replaced your intuition.
2. Mental and Cognitive Struggles
- Cognitive Dissonance: Managing the conflict between the “soulmate” mask and the reality of the experience.
- Executive Dysfunction: Addressing the “Brain Fog” and indecision caused by a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
- Rumination: Processing the repetitive loops used to make sense of the nonsensical.
3. Physical and Energetic Impact
- Somatic Burnout: Supporting the body through chronic exhaustion, sleep disturbances, and digestive issues.
- Biofield Entanglement: Addressing the “magnetic pull” and energetic depletion that lingers after the relationship ends.
- Bio-Field Disruptions: Feeling depleted, cloudy, entangled and trapped.
4. Behavioural Adaptations
- The Fawn Response: Deconstructing compulsive people-pleasing as a survival strategy.
- Hypervigilance: Managing the constant state of “High Alert” and the anticipation of conflict.
- Isolation: Withdrawing because of shame or exhaustion.
“It doesn’t have to stay this way. Imagine waking up without that pit in your stomach.
Imagine trusting yourself again. This is what Reclamation looks like.”
What is Narcissistic Abuse?
Narcissistic abuse is a form of psychological and emotional manipulation. It is often invisible to the outside world, yet it is devastating to the person experiencing it. This isn’t just “bad behaviour” or a “difficult personality.” It is a systematic erosion of your sense of self, your reality, and your confidence.
It often begins with love-bombing—an intense period of affection and attention that feels like a dream. However, this is usually followed by devaluation, where you are subjected to gaslighting, stonewalling, and constant criticism.
Because the abuse is often subtle and covert, you may find yourself:
- Questioning your own memory and sanity (Gaslighting).
- Walking on eggshells to avoid conflict.
- Feeling a deep sense of “not being enough,” despite your best efforts.
- Experiencing a “Trauma Bond”—where you feel addicted to the person who is hurting you.
“This type of trauma doesn’t just stay in your head.
it lives in your body.”
What is PNSD? Understanding Post-Narcissistic Stress Disorder
While many survivors identify with the term PNSD (Post-Narcissistic Stress Disorder) to describe the specific aftermath of narcissistic high-conflict relationships, clinically, these symptoms often fall under the umbrella of CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
The distinction is important: Narcissistic abuse isn’t just a ‘bad breakup’—it is a series of repeated traumas that rewire the nervous system. Whether you recognise your experience as PNSD or have been diagnosed with CPTSD, my specialist online therapy focuses on the unique ‘fingerprint’ of this trauma: the gaslighting, the cognitive dissonance, and the deep-seated trauma bonds that standard talk therapy often fails to reach.
“You are not broken; you are trapped.”
Why Your Body Stays on High Alert
When you have been gaslit or controlled for years, your entire system remains in a state of chronic “threat.” This manifests in three specific ways:
- Nervous System Dysregulation: You live in a constant state of “fight, flight, or freeze.” This shows up as unexplained anxiety or feeling “numb” and dissociated.
- Biofield Disruptions: The abuser’s influence often leaves you feeling energetically drained or “fragmented.” You may feel you are carrying energetic “imprints” that aren’t yours.
- Physical Somatisation: Your body “holds” the story your mind is trying to forget, manifesting as chronic tension, digestive issues, or profound fatigue.
UNDERSTANDING THE “NARCISSISTIC FOG”
Healing begins by clearing the “Fog.” We will work together to untangle the psychological hooks that keep you trapped.
- Love Bombing: The intense, overwhelming “perfection” at the start used to hook your heart, gain your trust and lower your defences.
- Gaslighting: The psychological manipulation that made you doubt your own memory, perception and sanity.
- The Slow Drip Effect: The gradual erosion of your boundaries and confidence, one small criticism or joke at a time.
- Triangulation: Using third parties to make you feel insecure or “crazy” while you compete for the abuser’s approval.
- The Trauma Bond: The biological “addiction” to the cycle of cruelty followed by sudden kindness, that creates a chemical bond in the brain that makes leaving feel physically and emotionally impossible.
- DARVO (Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender): The tactic used to make you feel like the abuser when you try to raise a legitimate concern.
Is it them, or is it me?
It is common for survivors to wonder if they are the “toxic” one. The clearest way to tell the difference is to look at how conflict is handled. In a healthy relationship, there is room for two sets of feelings. In a narcissistic dynamic, you are met with deflection, anger, or the “Silent Treatment.” You often end up apologising for how you reacted to their original behaviour.
The Narcissistic Fog
Narcissistic abuse is a multi-dimensional trauma. It is stored in the nervous system, the subconscious mind, and the biofield—the subtle energy system that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body. Because this trauma is “layered,” traditional talk therapy often fails to reach the deepest roots of the pain.
“My role is to hold the lantern while we walk through the Fog together,
ensuring you feel safe, grounded, and—perhaps for the first
time—completely believed.”
Is your situation more complex? If you are navigating the intersection
of Narcissistic Abuse, Neurodivergence, and Physical Burnout,
a standard track may not be enough. Explore the Intertwined Container here
Talk Therapy Touches the Surface. We Rewire the Root.
When trauma lives in the nervous system, logic alone won’t unwind it. Understanding “why” you feel this way intellectually is only 10% of the work.
To break the loop permanently, we work across three distinct layers:
- Somatic & Polyvagal Regulation: Shift your body out of chronic threat response so you feel safe in your own skin again.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS): Realign the protective parts of you that drive high-functioning masking, people-pleasing, and hyper-vigilance.
- Clinical CPTSD Integration: Clear the underlying relational trauma so you trust your intuition, hold firm boundaries, and reclaim your identity.
- Biofield and Neuro-Somatic Healing and Integration: Clear the energetic imprints holding the roots of trauma stuck.
Why I use Energy Psychotherapy for Narcissistic Trauma
A UKCP Accredited Approach to Healing the Nervous System
Traditional “talk therapy” often relies on top-down logic, but narcissistic trauma is stored bottom-up—in the brainstem, the body, and the energy field. You cannot “talk” your nervous system out of a flashback or “reason” your way out of a survival response.
I combine the grounded rigour of clinical trauma-informed psychotherapy with the deep-reaching power of Energy Psychotherapy (EP) because I know that trauma lives in your biology. When we work together, you don’t have to “perform” or explain the basics of gaslighting. I understand the “Narcissistic Script” and the sensory burn of coercive control.
My approach is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and Biofield Awareness. These aren’t just clinical buzzwords; they’re keys to your Recovery. By bridging clinical modalities with somatic and energetic tools, we address the traumatic imprints held in your body and biofield. This process does more than manage symptoms; it signals to your nervous system that the danger is finally over, allowing for a deep, cellular sense of resolution.
My Psychotherapeutic Approach: A Multi-Dimensional Path
To facilitate true Recovery, we must address the impact on every level: the mind, the body, and the energetic field. This is not a “one size fits all” process; it is a bespoke clinical intervention designed to return you to your own centre.
- The Mind: De-programming the Script: I work to dismantle the psychological architecture of the abuse. This involves identifying the “gaslighting” loops and the cognitive dissonance that keeps you tethered to the past. By externalising the abuser’s voice, we make room for your own authentic perspective to return.
- The Body: Somatic Regulation: Narcissistic trauma lives in the nervous system. Using advanced somatic protocols, we focus on moving your body out of “Survival Mode” (Fight/Flight/Freeze/Fawn). We work to settle the Vagus nerve, reduce the physiological “noise” of hypervigilance, and restore a sense of safety within your own skin.
- The Energy – Biofield Restoration: Traditional therapy often stops at the mind. My approach includes the energetic dimension—addressing the “energetic hooks” and the profound depletion of your life force. We work to seal energetic boundaries and clear the “residual imprint” of the narcissist, allowing you to reclaim your vitality.
- Reclaiming the “Erased (traumatised) Child” (The Unconscious): I use Somatic and Inner Child approaches to find the part of you that felt they had to be compliant to be safe. Moving from “Compliance” to “Authenticity.”

Why This Specialist Approach?
General counselling often fails survivors of narcissistic abuse because it may inadvertently suggest “mutual responsibility” or focus solely on childhood roots while ignoring the active, predatory nature of the trauma.
As a UKCP-accredited practitioner with a specialised focus on PNSD, I provide:
- Specialist Recognition: I understand the nuances of covert narcissism, “hoovering,” and the “discard” phase. You won’t have to explain the terminology; I already speak the language.
- High-End Containment: A private, professional, and deeply secure environment for high-functioning individuals to process complex trauma.
- Integrated Results: A synthesis of clinical psychotherapy and energetic medicine that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Neuro-Affirming Radical Validation
I have a deep clinical interest in how neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism) intersects with abusive dynamics or trauma. My practice is a sanctuary for the neurodivergent and those who have felt “too much” for traditional therapy.
I view your symptoms—from hyper-vigilance to chronic exhaustion—not as “disorders,” but as brilliant survival strategies. Together, we dismantle the “Core Shame” of being misunderstood, providing practical, judgment-free strategies that respect your unique way of processing the world.
“My role is to serve as your clinical anchor while you navigate
the exit from their distorted world.
Together, we will dismantle the ‘hall of mirrors’ they built
around you, ensuring you feel safe and grounded.
You are not broken; you are narc-trapped, and I am here to facilitate your release.”
What We Can Explore Together
Our work is about more than just symptom management; it is about dismantling the structures that keep you small and reclaiming your right to exist fully. We may focus on:
- Dismantling the Fawn Response: Learning who you are when you stop performing or “fawning” to appease others, standing resilient in your own sense of self.
- Healing “Core Shame”: Transforming the belief that you are “wrong” or “difficult” by understanding those traits as brilliant survival responses to an unsafe environment.
- Navigating Dissociation & Burnout: Developing gentle strategies to come back to your body when you feel disconnected and providing a roadmap for Recovery from chronic survival mode.
- Establishing Firm Boundaries: Developing the internal strength to implement “No Contact” or “Low Contact” and finding closure that no longer requires an apology from the abuser.
- Restoring Reality & Intuition: Untangling the profound confusion of gaslighting and rebuilding the bridge to your “Inner Knowing” and self-trust.
- Relationship Safety: Learning to identify the difference between a healthy connection and the “high” of a trauma bond.
- Resilience Map: Building a map to help you recognise the red flags and how to respond in the future, so you never get caught again.
The Recovery Journey: Three Phases of Reclamation
Phase 1: Containment & Stabilisation: The immediate priority is safety and nervous system regulation. We focus on grounding, establishing firm internal boundaries, and stopping the “emotional bleed.”
Phase 2: Deconstruction & Processing: Once stabilised, we begin the clinical work of deconstructing the relationship. We process the trauma without re-traumatisation, neutralising the “hooks” and resolving the cognitive dissonance.
Phase 3: Integration & Autonomy: The final phase is the Reclamation of self. We focus on post-traumatic growth, rebuilding your identity, and ensuring you are “narcissist-proof” by strengthening your intuitive discernment and self-worth.
The Outcome: Living in Your Own Reality
The goal of this work isn’t just to “get over” the abuse; it is to become “Narcissist-Proof” and to inhabit your own life fully. When our work is complete, you can expect to experience:
- A Regulated Nervous System: That constant feeling of being “on edge” or waiting for the other shoe to drop is replaced by a deep, grounded sense of safety in your body and trust in the signals that keep you safe.
- The End of the “Loop of Why”: You stop trying to make sense of the nonsensical. You achieve closure from within, rather than waiting for an apology that will never come.
- Iron-Clad Boundaries: You will be able to say “No” without the crushing weight of guilt. You will recognise “red flags” instantly and have the strength to walk away before a bond is even formed.
- Reclaimed Identity: You stop seeing yourself through the distorted lens of the abuser. You rediscover your hobbies, your voice, and your spark—the parts of you that were “dimmed” to keep the peace.
- Relational Freedom: You move from “trauma-bonding” to healthy, reciprocal connections. You learn what it feels like to be seen and respected, rather than managed and controlled.

“You have spent long enough trapped.
Let’s begin the work of freeing you and trusting your inner self again.”
Is This the Right Fit for You?
My practice is dedicated to the Recovery and Rebuilding phase. This work is not the right fit if:
- You are currently in an active domestic violence situation: If you are in immediate physical danger, please get in touch with your GP or Crisis line for emergency safety planning.
- You are in an acute mental health crisis: If you are experiencing active suicidal ideation or require 24/7 crisis intervention, please get in touch with your local emergency services.
- You are looking for “quick tips” to change, or you are unable to commit to regular somatic grounding practices between sessions. My focus is on deep-process healing, autonomy, and the total reconstruction of your sense of self.
“If you are out of the ‘storm’ and ready to rebuild,
I am here to walk that path with you.”
THE FIRST STEP: YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION
Taking the first step toward Recovery can feel daunting, especially when your trust has been broken. To ensure you feel fully supported from the very first moment, I don’t offer 15-minute discovery calls because your story is too complex for a ‘quick chat.’ I believe in providing a safe, contained, and professional environment from our very first minute together. This is why we start with a full 90-minute Initial Consultation—so you have the space to be heard without being rushed.
Here is how we begin:
- A Gentle Arrival & Unburdening: We start slowly. You don’t need a perfect script. You will have the floor to share your story—the things you feared sounded “crazy” make perfect sense here. I listen to the patterns underneath the words to help you dismantle the gaslighting.
- The Safety Check: Because trauma lives in the nervous system, I check in with you frequently. We use grounding techniques to ensure you stay safe and regulated as we talk.
- The Clinical Roadmap: Before we finish, I will share my reflections on your situation. I’ll explain why your brain is reacting this way and offer a clear vision of how we can move you from “survival” to “revival.”
- Leaving Grounded: We never end a session while you are in high distress. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to “sealing” the work so you feel safe to return to your day.
- The “Fit” Check: At the end of this session, we will both know if we resonate. If it feels right, we discuss a rhythm for your Recovery. If we aren’t the perfect fit, I will gently guide you toward a specialist who is.

- The Therapeutic Container & Booking Paths: The efficacy of neuro-somatic and clinical therapy—particularly in Recovery from complex trauma and neuro-affirming support—relies on consistent momentum and the cumulative effect of our work together.
- Block Bookings & Fixed Rhythm: To protect your clinical progress, block sessions are held on a fixed weekly or fortnightly schedule, creating a stable, reliable rhythm for your nervous system.
- Specialist Ad-Hoc Sessions & Maintenance Policy: Ad hoc sessions are reserved exclusively for clients who have completed an initial container and are offered at my clinical discretion. Because somatic trauma work relies on active nervous system tracking, and to maintain the safety, continuity, and momentum of this work, Ad-Hoc sessions must be scheduled no more than 4 weeks apart. If you require a break longer than 4 weeks, we will close the active container, and any future work will begin through a new commitment block.
- Consistency, Attendance & Slot Commitment: When you book a session or block, that time is dedicated exclusively to your clinical journey and cannot be offered to anyone else. To maintain the integrity of the therapeutic container and support deep transformation:
- Strict Policy: I operate a strict no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-postponement Policy.
- Fixed Slots: Once a session is confirmed, it is fixed. Sessions cannot be moved, credited, rolled over, or refunded. This fixed structure is not an administrative rule; it is an energetic container explicitly designed to help your nervous system settle into a reliable rhythm of safety.
- Missed Sessions: Any missed or unattended sessions within a block are charged at the full rate. This Policy ensures that we both remain fully committed to the clinical momentum required for your healing and growth.
- Safety & Safeguarding: This is a specialist psychological Recovery service, not an emergency crisis line. Confidentiality is maintained at all times unless there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. If you are currently experiencing an emergency, fear for your physical safety, or are in an acute mental health crisis, please get in touch with your local emergency services (999 in the UK) or the Crisis line.
- Honouring The Ending Process: Because our work is deep, neuro-somatic, and relational, the ending process is as important as the beginning. We intentionally build in a closing phase to help your nervous system remain settled and your gains fully integrated before we conclude our work together.
- Professional Ethics & Privacy: I operate in strict accordance with UKCP ethical guidelines and UK law. A UKCP-accredited supervisor regularly reviews my clinical practice to maintain the highest standards of safety and care. In compliance with GDPR, I store all client records securely. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
View here:
I’m not sure if it was ‘abuse’—they never hit me.
Narcissistic abuse is primarily psychological and emotional. If you feel confused, “crazy,” or like you have lost your sense of self, you have likely experienced Coercive Control or Gaslighting. You don’t need “physical proof” to deserve healing.
How long does Recovery take?
There is no “quick fix” for a dismantled identity. We work at the speed of your nervous system. Some clients feel a significant shift in their anxiety levels within a few sessions of Energy Psychotherapy, while rebuilding core identity is a longer, beautiful journey of self-discovery.
What if I’m still in the relationship or ‘Breaking Contact’?
You do not need to be “out” to start therapy. We work on building your internal strength, identifying the “Narcissistic Script,” and creating a safety plan (emotional or physical) so that when you are ready to make a move, you have the resilience to do so.
Why are your sessions 90 minutes instead of the standard 50 minutes?
Narcissistic abuse involves complex “layers” of trauma. A standard 50-minute session often ends just as a client is beginning to feel safe enough to open up. The 90-minute “runway” ensures we have time to deconstruct the manipulation and use somatic tools to regulate your nervous system so you leave the session feeling grounded, not overwhelmed.
I’ve tried talk therapy before, and it didn’t work. How is this different?
Standard talk therapy often stays in the “narrative” (the story). Narcissistic abuse creates a “biological hook” (trauma bond). My approach uses Energy Psychotherapy and Somatic work to clear the trauma from your body and nervous system, which is where the “stuck” feeling actually lives.
What is Energy Psychotherapy exactly?
Energy Psychotherapy bridges traditional clinical psychology and the body’s somatic/nervous system response. While talking therapy engages the mind, trauma is often held deeply within the body and nervous system. By integrating evidence-based somatic and energetic modalities—such as Clinical EFT, EMDR, and Matrix Reimprinting—we can safely unhook deep-seated trauma responses, regulate your nervous system, and clear the invisible “fog” without forcing you to painfully re-live past events.
Is our work confidential?
Absolutely. I operate in strict accordance with UKCP ethical guidelines and GDPR data protection. Your safety and privacy are my highest priorities.
I’m nervous about the 90-minute length. Is it too much?
It’s very common to feel this way! Most of my clients find that once we begin, the time flows naturally. The 90 minutes actually reduces anxiety because you don’t have to keep one eye on the clock. We have plenty of time for breaks if you need them.
Why don’t you offer a free intro call?
I prioritise giving my current clients my full clinical energy and focus. By moving straight into a comprehensive 90-minute assessment, we ensure that our first interaction is therapeutic and productive, rather than just administrative. This allows us to establish a deep sense of safety and a clear roadmap for your Recovery from the very first moment we meet.
Is my situation ‘bad enough’ for specialist therapy?
If you are asking this question, you have likely been conditioned to minimise your own pain. Narcissistic abuse often leaves no physical bruises, but the internal impact is profound. You don’t need to be in a ‘crisis’ to deserve support; you need to feel ready to stop living in survival mode.
What if I’m still in the relationship or in contact with the person?
My space is a judgment-free zone. Recovery is a process, not an event. Whether you are ‘No Contact,’ ‘Low Contact,’ or still navigating the relationship, we work exactly where you are. My goal is to strengthen you, so you can make the decisions that are right for your safety.
The Fog of narcissistic abuse can make the first step feel impossible.
You have spent months, or even years, doubting your own reality—told you were “too sensitive,” “crazy,” or that your memories never happened. Take a deep breath. You are none of those things. You have survived an invisible storm, and I am here to help you reach the shore.
Healing is an Act of Rebellion
The aftermath of narcissistic abuse (PNSD or C-PTSD) is a lonely wilderness. Whether you are still in the relationship, in the process of leaving, or have been out for years but still feel “entangled,” I offer a specialist, compassionate space to help you find your footing.
Recovery is more than just “feeling better”—it is the process of taking back
the territory of your own mind, body, and soul that was occupied by another.
You learned to live in the shadows of someone else’s ego to survive.
Now, we will harness that same survival energy to fuel your liberation.
The Fog Can Clear. The Bond Can Break. The “brokenness” you feel is an illusion created by the abuser to keep you compliant.
You were never broken; you were under a psychological and energetic siege.
The fact that you are here, seeking a way out, is proof of your incredible resilience.
I know how much courage it took to seek this support today. Your “internal critic” may be telling you to wait or that you should be able to handle this alone.
But you have handled enough alone. Let’s begin the process of bringing you back to yourself.
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step
and a safe place to land.”
