UKCP Psychotherapist Specialising in Neuro-Somatic & Neuro-Affirming Therapy & Recovery
I provide a high-level, neuro-somatic environment designed for individuals navigating
the “Logic Trap” of high-pressure environments, the complexity of late-discovery
neurodivergence, or the exhaustion of a dysregulated nervous system.
Clinical Sophistication: A synthesis of psychotherapeutic depth and energetic resolution.
This is a specialised clinical space for those ready to move beyond symptom management and into somatic and energetic resolution and integration.
- Three Decades of Clinical & Energetic Expertise: A high-level synthesis of practice to address the layers that traditional talk therapy often overlooks.
- UKCP-Accredited Depth: Professional clinical safety backed by twenty years of psychotherapeutic experience. Ensuring the highest standards of clinical safety within a trans-personal framework.
- Somatic-Energetic Framework: A sophisticated approach to settling the nervous system through a trans-personal lens.
“Your wiring is not a defect to be fixed; it is an architecture to be understood.”
If you are a high-functioning professional, a late-discovered neurodivergent adult,
or a High-Sensation Seeker, you don’t need more “coping strategies.”
You need a clinical space that speaks your language and respects your nervous system.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
If you are navigating life as a neurodivergent adult, you may feel like you’re trying to run high-performance software on the wrong hardware. Perhaps you are navigating:
- The Post-Diagnosis “Now What?”You have your diagnosis (Autism, ADHD, or AuDHD), but no roadmap for what comes next or how to process your past through this new lens.
- The Weight of Masking: You are exhausted from trying to fit into a neurotypical world and a therapy system that wasn’t built for your brain.
- The “Knowing-Doing” Gap: You have the intellectual understanding of what you “should” do, but your nervous system remains unresponsive to logical directives.
- Therapy Burnout: You are tired of explaining your neurodivergence to professionals who attempt to “fix” your traits rather than support your unique neuro-type.
- The “Too Much” Narrative: You’ve spent your life being told you are “too sensitive,” “too loud,” or “asking for too much.”
- CBT Fatigue: You’re done with “thought-challenging” and feel like it’s just another way to gaslight your lived experience.
- Do you feel like you’re missing the “invisible manual” for life that everyone else seems to have?
- Frustrated by comparing your progress to others, wondering why “simple” things feel so hard?
- Do you feel like you don’t fit in or belong in the world?
- No one understands you or the way your brain works?
“You aren’t “broken.
You are simply navigating a world not built for your operating system.”
What You’re Actually Looking For Is:
A therapist who truly “gets it”.
- A space where you feel completely seen, understood, and validated.
- Support to bridge the gap between your logical mind and your physiological reality.
- Resources, tools and your own personal roadmap to navigate and thrive in your life.
The “Logic Trap”: Why Understanding Isn’t Healing
Many high-functioning individuals try to “solve” their neurodivergence through logic, research, and sheer willpower. But you cannot “think” your way out of a nervous system response.
The Neuro-Somatic Connection: We work with the body to resolve the burnout and sensory overwhelm that logic alone can’t touch. This isn’t just about “mindset”—it’s about re-tuning your nervous system to feel safe in your own skin.
This is the Logic Trap. While your mind analyses the problem, your nervous system remains stuck in hyper-vigilance or shutdown. Traditional “Top-Down” therapies like CBT often fail neurodivergent clients because they try to challenge thoughts that are actually valid sensory or biological responses.
“I provide a “Bottom-Up” approach: We don’t address your thoughts;
we regulate the system that produces them.”
Why This Practice is Different: Ending the “Education Tax”
In standard therapy, neurodivergent clients often pay an “Education Tax”—spending months teaching their therapist how an ADHD or Autistic brain works. Here, that expertise is built in. You don’t have to explain why you can’t “just use a planner,” why eye contact is draining, or why your sensory environment dictates your productivity. We start from a place of shared understanding so that we can dive immediately into the deeper work of integration and relief. You are paying for transformation, not for my professional development.
Who This Is For: Neuro-Somatic Profiles
Do you recognise yourself in the internal struggle?
- The AuDHD Tug-of-War: You are caught between a need for strict routine (Autism) and a desperate craving for novelty (ADHD), leading to permanent internal friction.
- The High-Masking Professional: You are “successful” by every external metric, but you collapse the moment you get home, living in a cycle of bone-deep burnout.
- The Sensory-Overloaded HSP: The world feels too loud, too bright, and “too much.” You’ve been told you’re “too sensitive,” but you’re actually just navigating a world not built for your sensors.
- The Late-Discovery Identity: You’ve recently received a diagnosis (or suspect one) and are grieving the life you lived without this “User Manual,” while trying to unlearn decades of masking.
The 4-Phase Framework: Building Your User Manual
We don’t use a one-size-fits-all manual. We build yours.
- Stabilisation (Lowering the Noise): We use Clinical EFT and Somatic tools to stop the “bleed” of burnout and move you out of chronic High-Alert.
- The Audit (Unmasking): We identify where you are performing vs where you are not. We map your specific sensory triggers and executive function “walls.”
- The User Manual (The Blueprint): Using Matrix re-imprinting and Parts Work, we heal the “Core Shame” of being different and clear traumatic imprints. We experiment with tools to see what actually works for your specific executive function and energy cycles.
- Sustainable Flourishing (The Mastery): The focus shifts to agency and lifestyle design. We replace the final layers of “shoulds”, so your authentic, unmasked self can emerge. You move from “surviving the day” to designing a life that is sustainable, regulated, and joyful.
Is your situation more complex? If you are navigating the intersection
of Narcissistic Abuse, Neurodivergence, and Physical Burnout,
a standard track may not be enough. Explore the Intertwined Container here
Why Specialist Support Matters
Neurodiversity celebrates the natural variation in human brains. Conditions like ADHD, Autism and AuDHD are not deficits; they are unique ways of experiencing the world. However, living in a world not built for your brain often leads to a “masking tax”—a state of chronic high alert, burnout, and the feeling that you are fundamentally “broken.”
I don’t see neurodivergence as a “disorder” to be cured, but as a unique way of being that requires a tailored therapeutic map. My approach blends clinical expertise to help you dissolve away the layers of “shoulds” so you can live a life that feels regulated, authentic, and sustainable.
“No ‘fixing,’ no masking’
just the space to finally be appreciated and valued for who you are!”
What We Can Explore Together
I provide compassionate, neuro-affirming psychotherapy that dives into the specific mechanics of your experience. Our work is about moving from survival to a life that actually fits your brain, focusing on building your unique “User Manual” through these key areas:
- Sensory Regulation & Environmental Mastery: We identify your specific triggers and the “window of tolerance” for your nervous system to shift you from chronic “high alert” into regulated safety. By building a proactive toolkit and designing your environment to reduce sensory load, we aim to manage the cycle of meltdowns and shutdowns. This is especially vital for HSPs and Empaths who process information deeply; we work toward environmental mastery so you can feel safe in the world without needing to mask.
- Executive Functioning & The “Wall of Awful”: We aim to develop shame-free, “brain-kind” strategies for task initiation, time perception, and productivity. We address the specific hurdles of task paralysis, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and dopamine-driven focus. The goal is a tailored roadmap of personalised strategies that actually work for your specific neuro-type.
- Burnout Recovery & The Masking Tax: We move beyond “feeling tired” to address the deep, cellular exhaustion of neurodivergent burnout. We aim to release the psychosomatic “charge” and chronic fatigue caused by years of “performative living.” By learning to spot the early warning signs of a crash, you can restore your energy and return to a stable, sustainable baseline.
- Emotional Regulation, RSD & Somatic Safety: We aim to process the intense emotional pain of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) and the “survival habits” formed from a lifetime of being misunderstood. Using practical somatic tools, we build deep self-compassion and decide when it feels safe for you to drop the mask. We work to move your body out of “high-alert” states and into a place of internal security.
- Identity, NLP, Parts Therapy and Healing Trauma: For those with a late discovery or post-diagnosis, we process the “what ifs” and the complex grief of a midlife identity shift (neuro-hormonal Informed Psychotherapy online). We use psychotherapy to rewrite your story from “I am broken” to “I am a person with specific support needs.” We address the emotional wounds and trauma inherent in growing up neurodivergent in a neurotypical world, helping you move toward enhanced self-acceptance and letting go of the shame of being “different.”
- Neuro-Affirming Relationships & Practical Advocacy: We explore how to navigate communication gaps and the “Double Empathy Problem” with partners, friends, and family. You will gain the practical language to advocate for your needs—whether asking for accommodations at work or setting healthy boundaries in your personal life—helping you build deeper, more authentic connections without the weight of guilt.
- The AuDHD “Tug-of-War”: We focus on the specific internal conflict of balancing the “competing” needs of your ADHD and Autism—honouring the part of you that needs routine and sameness alongside the part that craves novelty and stimulation.
A Space Where You Are Allowed to Be You
Our work together is a collaborative process at the vital intersection of the nervous system, the energetic body, and the subconscious mind. By aiming to clear the psychosomatic ‘charge’ of trauma, we restore regulation and allow your authentic, unmasked self to emerge safely, fully resourced. We walk together to discover your way of being in the world—finding ways to help you thrive and shine rather than trying to fit in.
The result? A life that feels regulated, authentic, and sustainable.

Why Choose Me: UKCP Psychotherapist, Energy Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor
I am a UKCP-registered, outcome-focused Psychotherapist and Energy Psychotherapist, specialising in a neuro-somatic and neuro-energetic approach. My practice is built at the intersection of advanced clinical psychotherapy and the emerging field of neuro-affirming care.
Rather than viewing neurodivergence as a set of deficits to be “remedied,” I view it as a specific physiological profile that requires a specific therapeutic language. I provide a high-level container for professionals, creatives, and seekers who require a therapist as intellectually rigorous as they are empathetically attuned. I specialise in the “missing piece” of post-diagnosis care: the emotional healing of the “what ifs,” the processing of late-discovery grief, and the complex trauma of a lifetime spent trying to fit in. My role is to act as a clinical guide, helping you translate the signals of your nervous system into a coherent narrative of self.
Bridging the Clinical and the Energetic: My journey began over 30 years ago as a Reiki practitioner, which ignited a lifelong passion for the mind-body-energy connection. Today, I combine that holistic wisdom with 20 years of rigorous clinical psychotherapy and supervision practice. As a Psychotherapist specialising in PTSD, C-PTSD, and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, I offer a rare integration of evidence-based clinical modalities (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Gestalt) and advanced energy psychology.
Neuro-Affirming Radical Validation: I view your symptoms—from hyper-vigilance to chronic exhaustion—not as “disorders,” but as brilliant survival strategies. My practice is a sanctuary for those who have felt “too much” to engage with traditional therapy. Together, we transform the “Core Shame” of being misunderstood, providing practical, judgment-free strategies that respect your unique way of processing the world.
Specialisms:
- Trauma-Informed Framework: Built on the five pillars of Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, and Empowerment to restore the agency trauma took away.
- PTSD, C-PTSD & Narcissistic Abuse (PNSD): Specialist Recovery for complex trauma, addressing the biological and neurological disruptions caused by long-term abuse and restoring the agency trauma took away.
- Advanced Energy Psychotherapy: I am one of a small number of clinicians integrating traditional psychotherapy with Advanced EP to clear traumatic imprints held in the biofield—roots that are often unreachable through talk therapy alone.
- Inner Child Healing Specialist: Over 14 years of dedicated experience in somatic and spiritual approaches to reclaiming the “Traumatised Child.” I specialise in the “missing piece” of post-diagnosis care: emotionally healing the “what ifs” and processing late-discovery grief.
- Neuro-Somatic Resolution: A sophisticated synthesis of Outcome-focused and Integrative modalities designed to signal to your nervous system that the danger is finally over, allowing for deep, cellular resolution.
PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:
My professional psychotherapeutic qualifications include:
- Postgraduate Diploma (Master’s level) in Clinical Supervision
- Postgraduate Diploma (Master’s level) in Clinical Energy Psychotherapy
- Postgraduate Diploma (Master’s level, with dissertation) in Outcome-Oriented Psychotherapies
- Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (Hypno-Psychotherapy)
- Intermediate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy
- NLP Practitioner Certificate
- Diploma in Psychology
- Continued Professional Development (CPD) Training
Integrative & Holistic Expertise:
To support the somatic (body-based) element of trauma Recovery, I am also a Master Teacher in Reiki and a qualified Reflexologist with extensive experience in Anatomy and Physiology. This allows for a truly holistic approach to nervous system regulation.
My Commitment to You
I have spent three decades sitting in the quiet space between trauma and Recovery. I know that trauma doesn’t just live in your thoughts—it lives in your body and your energy field.
My role is to be an anchor as you land in yourself safely (without the mask), perhaps for the first time in a long time.
Here, you are completely validated, held, embraced, and believed.
I am an accredited member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy), a fellow member of ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology), and a member of EPN (Energy Psychotherapy Network) and NSTT (National Society of Talking Therapies). These professional memberships ensure I work to recognised ethical standards, maintain up-to-date training, and provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to adults aged 18 and over, from a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
“You are not broken. You are neurodivergent.
Let’s find your way of being in the world together.”
Is This the Right Fit for You?
To ensure the highest quality of care and clinical safety, it is important to note whom my practice is best suited to.
This may not be the right fit if:
- You are looking for a standard, “tick-box” CBT approach or a purely clinical, manualised treatment. My work is deep, somatic, and relational.
- You are currently in an acute psychiatric crisis or require 24/7 “wrap-around” care. My practice is designed for stable, outpatient psychotherapy and integration.
YOUR FIRST STEP: AN INITIAL CONSULTATION
Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood by professionals in the past. To ensure you feel fully supported from the very first moment, I provide a safe, contained, and professional environment.
I do not offer 15-minute “discovery calls” because your experience is too nuanced for a quick chat. Instead, we begin with a full 90-minute Initial Consultation. This gives you space to be heard without being rushed and allows your brain time to “land” in the room.
Here is how we begin:
- A Gentle Arrival: You don’t need a perfect script. This is a judgment-free space where you can be your authentic self—stimming, moving, and lack of eye contact are always welcome. You will have the floor to share your story and how your neurodivergence currently impacts your life and body.
- Exploring Your Map: We will discuss your history, your specific neurodivergent traits, and the “knowing-doing” gaps you face. We’ll pinpoint what you want to achieve—whether that’s recovering from burnout, managing Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), or improving relationships, etc.
- The Safety Check: Because the neurodivergent system is often highly sensitive, we use grounding techniques throughout the session to ensure you stay regulated. You may receive a brief introduction to Energy Psychotherapy (EP) techniques to help you feel an immediate shift in your nervous system.
- The Clinical Roadmap: I will share my reflections on your unique “operating system” and offer a clear vision of how we move from “survival” to “flourishing.”
- The “Fit” Check: At the end of this session, we will both know if we resonate. The “therapeutic fit” is the most important factor in your success. If it feels right, we’ll discuss a rhythm for your work; if not, I’ll gently guide you toward a specialist who is a better match.
- Leaving Grounded: We never end a session while you are in high distress. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to “sealing” the work and grounding your energy so you feel safe to return to your day.

Terms of Engagement & Clinical Safety
To maintain the professional integrity and clinical focus of our work, the following terms apply to all consultations, single sessions, and therapy blocks. Please click and read before booking your assessment:
- Payment & Investment: To honour the depth and preparation this work requires, full payment is due at the time of booking. For those engaging in intensive therapy blocks, flexible payment options (including “Buy Now, Pay Later”) are available at checkout to support access to this level of care and help manage your investment in your well-being.
- The Therapeutic Container & Booking Paths: The efficacy of neuro-somatic and clinical therapy—particularly in Recovery from complex trauma and neuro-affirming support—relies on consistent momentum and the cumulative effect of our work together.
- Block Bookings & Fixed Rhythm: To protect your clinical progress, block sessions are held on a fixed weekly or fortnightly schedule, creating a stable, reliable rhythm for your nervous system.
- Specialist Ad-Hoc Sessions & Maintenance Policy: Ad hoc sessions are reserved exclusively for clients who have completed an initial container and are offered at my clinical discretion. Because somatic trauma work relies on active nervous system tracking, and to maintain the safety, continuity, and momentum of this work, Ad-Hoc sessions must be scheduled no more than 4 weeks apart. If you require a break longer than 4 weeks, we will close the active container, and any future work will begin through a new commitment block.
- Consistency, Attendance & Slot Commitment: When you book a session or block, that time is dedicated exclusively to your clinical journey and cannot be offered to anyone else. To maintain the integrity of the therapeutic container and support deep transformation:
- Strict Policy: I operate a strict no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-postponement Policy.
- Fixed Slots: Once a session is confirmed, it is fixed. Sessions cannot be moved, credited, rolled over, or refunded. This fixed structure is not an administrative rule; it is an energetic container explicitly designed to help your nervous system settle into a reliable rhythm of safety.
- Missed Sessions: Any missed or unattended sessions within a block are charged at the full rate. This Policy ensures that we both remain fully committed to the clinical momentum required for your healing and growth.
- Honouring The Ending Process: Because our work is deep, neuro-somatic, and relational, the ending process is as important as the beginning. We intentionally build in a closing phase to ensure your nervous system remains settled and your gains are fully integrated before we conclude our work together.
- Professional Ethics & Privacy: I operate in strict accordance with UKCP ethical guidelines and UK law. A UKCP-accredited supervisor regularly reviews my clinical practice to maintain the highest standards of safety and care. In compliance with GDPR, I store all client records securely. Click here to view the full Privacy Policy.
- Safety & Safeguarding: This is a specialist psychological Recovery service, not an emergency crisis line. Confidentiality is maintained at all times unless there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. If you are currently experiencing an emergency, fear for your physical safety, or are in an acute mental health crisis, please get in touch with your local emergency services (999 in the UK) or the Crisis line.

Frequently Asked Questions
View here:
Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many neurodivergent adults, especially women, have gone undiagnosed for years. I honour self-identification and the unsure. We focus on your experience, not just a label. If you resonate with the traits of ADHD, Autism, or HSP, you are welcome here.
Do you offer therapy for ADHD /AuDHD burnout?
Yes, and I treat it very differently from standard “stress management.” Neurodivergent burnout isn’t just the result of working too hard; it is a systemic collapse caused by years of chronic masking, sensory over stimulation, and the “invisible” labour of navigating a neurotypical world. It is a state of cellular exhaustion where your usual coping mechanisms—and even your special interests—may no longer work.
In our sessions, we address burnout by:
- Stopping the “Shoulds”: Removing the pressure to “recover” on a neurotypical timeline.
- Sensory Safety: Identifying the environmental drains that keep your nervous system on high alert.
- Nervous System Repair: Using Energy Psychotherapy and somatic tools to move you out of the “shutdown” or “freeze” response.
- Radical Permission: Creating a space where you can be “unproductive” while we rebuild your energy reserves from the ground up.
We don’t focus on “productivity hacks” to get you back to work faster; we focus on rebuilding a life that won’t lead you back to the same cliff edge.
What if I find eye contact or traditional “sitting still” therapy difficult?
As a neuro-affirming therapist, I encourage you to show up as you are. If you need to move, use fidget tools, look away, or sit in a specific way to feel comfortable, please do so. Our space is designed to accommodate your sensory and regulatory needs.
How is Energy Psychotherapy different from “Talk Therapy”?
Neurodivergent nervous systems are often ‘wired’ for high-intensity response (RSD, sensory overwhelm). While talk therapy addresses thoughts, Energy Psychotherapy (Somatic Regulation) addresses the physiological charge behind them. We work with the body’s bio-electrical system to ‘down-regulate’ the fight/flight response, providing relief that logic alone cannot achieve.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Yes. For many neurodivergent individuals, being in their own familiar environment reduces sensory “noise” and travel anxiety, allowing them to engage more deeply in the therapeutic process.
What if I can’t find the words?
That is exactly why I use somatic and energy-based tools. We don’t need to rely on ‘talk therapy’ alone. We can work with the sensations in your body and the energy in your system to process trauma without you needing to find the perfect words.
What if I’m having an off day or a meltdown before our session?
We meet you exactly where you are. If you don’t have the energy for deep ‘work,’ we use the session to support regulation and the nervous system. You never have to ‘perform’ or be ‘on’ for our sessions.
What if I struggle with ‘homework’ or tasks between sessions?
There is no ‘failing’ here. We don’t do traditional homework that adds to your executive dysfunction. Instead, we focus on shifts that happen during the session, so you don’t have another ‘to-do’ list weighing you down.
FAQs: Choosing Between Coaching & Psychotherapy
How do I know if I need Neuro-Somatic Coaching or Neuro-Affirming Psychotherapy?
The simplest way to distinguish them is by their primary focus:
Psychotherapy is generally “Bottom-Up” and restorative. It focuses on healing the past, processing the grief of a late-discovery diagnosis, resolving complex trauma (C-PTSD), and moving out of a state of chronic survival or “shutdown.”
Coaching is “Future-Focused” and architecturally driven. It is designed for those who are relatively stable but are “energetically leaking.” It focuses on building your Autonomy Blueprint, optimising your neural energy for leadership, and aligning your professional impact with your authentic, unmasked self.
Can I do both at the same time?
No, we focus on one container at a time to ensure your nervous system isn’t overwhelmed. If you are currently in a state of high distress, trauma processing, or acute burnout, we usually begin with Psychotherapy. Once you reach a baseline of regulation and safety, we can transition into the Coaching container to build your future strategy and professional blueprint.
I am a high-achiever with a history of trauma. Where should I start?
Many visionaries have “intellectualised” their trauma but still feel it in their bodies (the Logic Trap). If your past is actively sabotaging your present—through triggers, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), or deep-seated shame—Psychotherapy is the correct starting point. If you have already done significant healing work and are now stuck on the “how” of leading, scaling, or living without a mask, Coaching will provide the strategic scaffolding you need.
Is the methodology different in Coaching vs Psychotherapy?
While both services utilise my 30 years of experience in clinical energy medicine, neuro-somatic tools, and Clinical EFT, the application differs:
In Psychotherapy, I use these tools to desensitise traumatic memories and repair the “Inner Child” wounds.
In Coaching, I use these tools to audit your “Spoons” (energy units), clear the “static” from your professional decision-making, and recode your nervous system for sustainable high performance.
Is Coaching “lighter” than Psychotherapy?
Not necessarily. My Coaching is “Neuro-Somatic” and “Autonomy-Led,” meaning it goes much deeper than standard life coaching. It requires a high level of radical responsibility. However, Psychotherapy is a clinical intervention governed by UKCP ethical frameworks for mental health, whereas Coaching is a professional development partnership for energetic and strategic expansion.
What if I book a Coaching consultation, but it turns out I need Psychotherapy (or vice versa)?
That is exactly what the initial 90-minute consultation is for. During this deep-dive session, we map your history and your current nervous system state. If I feel you would be better served by the clinical safety of a Psychotherapy container before moving into Coaching, I will discuss this with you transparently. My priority is your safety and the sustainability of your growth.
Are the sessions covered by insurance or tax-deductible?
Psychotherapy: As a UKCP-accredited clinical service, these sessions may be covered by certain private health insurance providers (please check your specific Policy). In some jurisdictions, psychotherapy is also considered a medical expense for tax purposes.
Coaching: Coaching is generally not covered by health insurance. However, because Neuro-Somatic Energy Coaching is focused on leadership, professional sustainability, and executive function, it is often a fully tax-deductible business expense for entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals.
What is the “Unmasking” focus in each service?
In Psychotherapy, unmasking is about safety. We work to dismantle the protective layers you built to survive a world that wasn’t built for you. We heal the shame associated with being “different.”
In Coaching, unmasking is about strategy. We look at how “masking” drains your professional energy and prevents you from leading authentically. We build a life and business model that doesn’t require you to perform neuro-typically to be successful.
What will I walk away with at the end of the container?
From Psychotherapy: You walk away with a regulated nervous system, a processed past, reduced triggers, and a “re-parented” relationship with your neurodivergent self. You move from survival to stability.
From Coaching: You walk away with your Autonomy Blueprint—a tangible, strategic map of how you work, lead, and live. You gain a clear understanding of your energetic “Spoons,” a refined professional direction, and the tools to maintain high-level impact without burning out.
How do the session structures differ?
Psychotherapy sessions are typically weekly and follow a clinical rhythm to ensure consistent support during deep emotional work.
Coaching containers are often more flexible and can be structured as intensive “deep dives” or bi-weekly strategic sessions, depending on your professional goals and current energy capacity.
Still unsure which path is yours?
If you are standing at the crossroads, ask yourself this one question:
“Do I feel like I am currently drowning, or do I feel like I am standing on solid ground but have no map for where to go next?”
- If you feel like you are drowning (overwhelmed, traumatised, or in deep burnout): Psychotherapy is your life raft.
- If you are on solid ground but feel lost, drained, or misaligned: Coaching is your compass.
Reclaim your energy. Honour your wiring. Find your baseline.
Whether you are looking to process a new diagnosis, heal from the trauma of masking, or simply find a way to live with more ease, I am here to walk that path with you.
Your neurodivergent identity is a source of strength, insight, and brilliance—even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. You deserve to live a life that doesn’t constantly require you to suppress your true nature. Whether you are seeking a deep dive into your subconscious or practical tools to manage daily overwhelm, we will work together to return you to your authentic, unmasked self.
A Final Note from Karyn
For many neurodivergent people, life has been a series of attempts to “fix” themselves using tools designed for neurotypical brains.
When those tools failed, you were likely left with the heavy weight of the “Knowing-Doing Gap”
—that exhausting space where you know exactly what you “should” do, but find yourself physically unable to make your nervous system cooperate.
I am here to tell you that you don’t need fixing; you need a framework that actually respects your biology.
Healing begins when we stop trying to force ourselves into a mould we could never fit into and start understanding how we are built to function.
My passion is to support you on a journey toward wholeness and awakening.
Helping you heal from the “soul-weariness” of not fitting in so you can live fully aligned with your true inner essence.
You have spent long enough navigating a world not built for you. Let’s build a life that honours exactly who you are.
READY TO function safely as your brilliant, authentic self?
