Please note: If, upon reviewing your mandatory intake form, it is determined that a specific framework is not clinically suitable or safe for your current needs, your payment will be refunded in full, and where possible, alternative pathways or external professional resources will be suggested.

Step 2: Clinical Assessment & Scheduling
Because this is an intensive, hands-on physical bodywork container, your comprehensive clinical history and neuro-somatic profile are mapped via a secure digital intake screening at checkout. Handling this deep diagnostic work digitally beforehand ensures we don’t waste valuable clinical time talking, allowing us to dedicate every single minute of our face-to-face sessions to the treatment couch. I personally review every intake form within 48 hours. I will then email you directly to securely map out your fixed fortnightly Friday dates for your chosen container at the Ulverston practice.

Step 3: Clinical Pre-Screening Mapping
Before your first Friday session, I thoroughly review your intake data to audit clinical suitability and safety. Handling this administration digitally beforehand ensures we maximise every single minute of your hands-on, face-to-face healing time on the table

Step 4: The Deep Dive
We meet in person at the Ulverston practice to initiate your container. We will begin active nervous system regulation, map your physical and energetic blockages, and clear deep-seated tension loops.

Do I need to undress for my treatments?
No. Reiki is performed fully clothed on a treatment couch under a light blanket; loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Does the healing process hurt?
Not at all. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that most find deeply relaxing, potentially bringing warmth, tingling, or colours.

I’m currently undergoing medical treatment (e.g., chemotherapy). Is Reiki safe for me?
Yes. It is a complementary therapy working alongside conventional medicine with no contraindications, often used in clinical settings to manage stress and side effects.

How are the healing containers structured?
Because long-standing burnout takes time to unwind, practice operates exclusively through structured, fixed-term healing containers (2 to 4 months) on a fortnightly rhythm to achieve permanent health restoration. Single treatments are not offered.

Do I have to be “spiritual” or believe in it for it to work?
No. Its clinical effectiveness doesn’t depend on personal beliefs; only a desire to recover, a willingness to rest for an hour, and commitment to the container are required.
