Originally from South Africa, I have lived in the United Kingdom for over 20 years. I am currently based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains at the forefront of therapeutic research and techniques.

With over 18 years of psychotherapeutic experience, I am a highly skilled Outcome-focused, Integrative and Psychodynamic Energy Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist, Hypno-Psychotherapist  Inner Child Healing Therapist (with over 13 years of experience) and Clinical Supervisor (with over 1 year of experience supervising Counsellors and Therapists of varied experience, expertise and modalities).

Other psychotherapeutic therapies include Past-Life Regression Therapy and Ancestral Healing (with over 25 years of experience working with Spiritual Ancestral Healing and Transgenerational Healing techniques. I have trained with Dr. Helen Ford and have experience working with Gestalt therapy using Constellation work.)

I am an accredited member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists), a member of ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology), and a member of EPN (Energy Psychotherapy Network), NSTT (National Society of Talking Therapies), and the Awaken School. CLINICAL SUPERVISION

I bring a diverse skill set and experience to support other therapists in reaching their full potential. I offer a multi-perspective approach working with the 7-eyed model of supervision.

My professional qualifications include a PG Dip (Postgraduate Diploma at Master’s level) in Clinical Supervision.

INNER CHILD HEALING THERAPY

To become a UKCP-accredited Psychotherapist, I underwent therapy myself to gain insight into the client experience. However, I found that I was unable to overcome specific childhood experiences through various forms of psychotherapy. This realisation led me to develop my own tools to address my unresolved inner child wounds.

Subsequently, I created and developed an Inner Child Healing Therapy program in 2012, which I currently use in Inner Child Healing Therapy and personalised one-on-one Inner Child Healing Courses, with over 13 years of experience. This program enabled me to address issues that had previously persisted unresolved, even with the help of a therapist. Although I was not actively promoting it at the time, an increasing number of clients sought me out specifically for ‘inner child healing’.

I have since utilised these techniques with clients, resulting in significant positive shifts and progress, surpassing that achieved through other forms of therapy. Drawing on my psychotherapeutic training and personal experiences, I combined and developed these techniques rooted in my own journey. I am grateful for the opportunity to share these experiences and techniques with others on their healing journey.

COACHING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

I have over 17 years of experience in coaching and personal development. From 2008 to 2011, I trained and worked as an Energy Coach with Inugo, where I provided a unique blend of energy healing, personal coaching, and start-up business development to coaches at Shirlaws, UK. Additionally, I gained valuable experience coaching corporate employees using equine-assisted techniques as a trainee associate with Lead Change. Over time, my Energy Coaching approach has evolved into a more comprehensive, holistic, transformative, and integrative method.

Alongside Enery Coaching, I offer motivational breakthrough coaching upon request. I integrate a holistic and energy-focused approach to support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals.

ENERGY, REIKI AND SOUL HEALING 

My extensive experience in energy and Reiki healing ( (Usui Shiki Ryoho – System of Natural Healing) spans over 27 years, during which I have worked professionally and privately with individuals ranging from 2 to 94 years old, including pregnant women. As a Lead Reiki Practitioner, I held a 2-year post with St Mary’s Hospice in Ulverston, (2015-2017), where I provided Reiki to cancer and end-of-life patients at the Hospice and worked alongside traditional nurses at the NHS Oncology Unit in Barrow in Furness.

 Additionally, I have over 19 years of experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, offering Reiki Training Courses and Attunements to a professional level of safe ethics.

My Remote Distant Energy Healing, and Remote Soul Healing and Clearing services have reached individuals worldwide, including in South Africa, Australia, Europe, and America.

I also bring a depth of experience in Reiki and energy-based healing, which supports my holistic approach to therapy.

REFLEXOLOGY

Professionally qualified reflexologist with over 18 years of experience. I have recently retired from reflexology.

Reflexology Qualifications include Anatomy and Physiology DIP, Reflexology Level 3 Cert. IIHHT.
