1. APPOINTMENT AND WORKSHOP FEES
Individual sessions/appointments/workshops are charged at the full fee at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
2. PAYMENTS
All payments must be made to Awaken Inner Sense Ltd.
Important: Payments will appear on your bank statement as Awaken Inner Sense Ltd. Please ensure you recognise this name to avoid payment disputes or accidental chargebacks.
3. IF YOU CANCEL, RESCHEDULE, OR DO NOT ATTEND (CLIENT CANCELLATIONS)
To cancel or reschedule, you must provide the following notice:
Individual Appointments: We require more than 48 hours’ notice.
Workshops & Courses: We require more than 7 days’ notice (one week).
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than the required notice stated above, or fail to attend, the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds: Refunds for prepaid sessions or workshops are at the discretion of Awaken Inner Sense Ltd, provided the correct notice period (48 hours for sessions / 7 days for workshops) has been received. No other refunds will be made.
4. IF WE CANCEL (PROVIDER CANCELLATIONS)
Awaken Inner Sense Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments, workshops, and courses at any time (for example, due to illness or unforeseen emergencies).
If Awaken Inner Sense cannot meet the agreed-upon dates, all appointments, workshops, and courses will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time or refunded in full.
Our liability is limited to the refund of the session or course fee; we are not liable for any travel or peripheral costs incurred.
