1.3 Awaken Inner Sense Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No: 12758826). Registered Office: C/O Appleseeds Health Shop, 59B Market Street, Ulverston, Cumbria, LA12 7LT.

2. PROFESSIONAL STATUS

2.1 Clinical services are provided by Karyn (Karin) Segers on behalf of Awaken Inner Sense Ltd.

2.2 My legal name is Karin Segers. I am a Full Clinical UKCP Registered Psychotherapist (No: 2011162587) practising under the professional name Karyn (Karin) Segers.

3. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP AND LIABILITY

3.1 By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that any contract for services is strictly between the Client and Awaken Inner Sense Ltd.

3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability rests with Awaken Inner Sense Ltd and not with Karyn (Karin) Segers personally.
