My name is Karyn, and my goal as the owner of Awaken Inner Sense is to bring integrative, holistic, transformational, and progressive healing, development, and enlightenment, resolving deep-rooted patterns, entanglements, unconscious/hidden blocks, past life issues, energetic family entanglements, inner child healing, overcoming anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and other mental health challenges, and supporting individuals to awaken/reawaken to their own truth, their soul’s purpose, and their true potential through self-empowerment, into people’s lives through alternative therapies like energy psychotherapy, psych otherapy, hypno-psychotherapy, inner child healing therapy, past-life regression therapy, ancestral healing/transgenerational healing, trainee clinical supervisor , energy coaching, reiki healing, distant healing and soul healing, and bespoke 1:1 inner child healing workshops.

I am an Outcome-focused, Integrative, and Psychodynamic Energy Psychotherapist, Hypno-Psychotherapist, Inner Child Healing Therapist, Trainee Clinical Supervisor, Energy Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and Soul and Energy Healer.

We have been trying to conceive for some time, over two years. We failed three attempts at fertility treatment. Reflexology was our last desperate attempt to conceive as I was running out of time due to my age. I had six sessions of Reflexology and was a little disappointed when I had not conceived by the last treatment.
