You will be required to start with a 2-day Bespoke Inner Child Therapy Workshop. This ensures enough time to gain a detailed history, set outcomes for the two days, gain insights into the main focus areas, and ensure safety and well-being. It will also provide enough time and space to successfully lay the foundation work needed to start work with the Inner Child safely, so you can fully continue with your day-to-day life.
