As a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher, I bring the rigour of professional clinical standards to the expansive world of energy healing. My own 30-year evolution—from traditional clinical settings to the frontiers of energy medicine—provided the blueprint for a more integrated way of working. I recognised that while talk therapy is a vital tool, you cannot always “think” your way out of patterns held within the nervous system and the energetic field.
